A Study on the operation of psychological stability support program for job seekers in job centers

    Abstract

    This study aimed to find out how it helps job seekers to get over stress and find psychological stability and improve job motivation. For employment promotion, this study program measured improvement of function of 93 job seekers’ lives and their physical reactions to stress. The results of this study were significant. And the questionnaire survey for satisfaction of counseling showed that the psychological counseling was helpful to the psychological stability and stress-relief. The questionnaire survey for counseling operation also showed the high satisfaction. It means that the psychological stability support program was in practice psychologically helpful to job seekers.
